Order Cancellations:

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

• After this, cancellation may not be possible as orders may already be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if the item is damaged or defective.

• Approved cases will receive a replacement or refund.

Refunds:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
